About
The Strategy and Operations Management Association (SOMA) supports UCLA Anderson students pursuing summer internships and post-MBA careers in internal strategy, operations management, data analytics, corporate development and strategic finance. SOMA focuses on three priorities: elevating career outcomes, expanding practitioner exposure and enhancing community engagement. Through workshops, company facing programs and strong peer and alumni networks, SOMA helps members build the skills, relationships and opportunities to succeed across industries.
