The purpose of the Association is to provide for its members a means of creating stronger ties to the Department, its alumni and fellow students; a means of representing their opinions to the Administration concerning University and Department rules and regulations; a program of social, educational and pre-professional activities; and opportunities for the development of leadership and responsibility through participation in student government
